Hi
Julian, "It's not the mountain which stands before you but the
grain of sand in your shoe that wears you down"! Well after all of
that swim training last year with yourself, Andrew and Scott I've
now got my first Ironman in less than 2 weeks time in Swizterland
and that's more than enough for me buddy!! Enjoy the experience
Gary mc PS. Not sure how I'd ever cope with water THAT
cold!!

Julian
you mad Bastard how the devil are you? Saw the recent article &
do remember that I have £100 I think on you to finish this current
escapade. Hope all is well & will be following this new
adventure of yours with alot of interest as it burns the calories
off my expanding gut. Make sure you have enough plasters, synth
skin, goose fat & hemoroid cream for the journey. Best Wished
& I will buy you beers after its done.

I
stumbled on your website whilst looking up Triathlons. I am totally
inspired by the Euduroman Arc to Arc and would absolutely love to
have a go. I know it would take me quite a long time to get to the
level of fitness required but nothing is impossible once you put
your mind to it. Better to try and fail at something than not even
to attempt it - even if you do fail there is a lot to be learned
from it. Good luck in your attempt at the Arc to Arc and I hope
that your race goes really well. All the best, Emma

Hi
Julian, I have just seen the Sky Sport TV interview. All your women
are taking good care of you, it seems. With them at your side,
nothing can stop you. Again, best of luck. And we all admire your
courage.

So...not
long now, old son - and this time it's for real! All the Big Stuff
is now behind you - leaving The Biggest & Best ahead. Just
remember: rarely is it all as Big and as Scary as it first
appears...every footstep, stroke and pedal revolution gets you ever
closer...keep your eyes on the prize and a smile in your heart! I
am about to head off to take part in a 5 day stage race Marathon Of
Spain. To be honest, I'm looking forward to the rest!! Big best
wishes, ANDY
